We recently engaged with Events & Company for our annual award show in January 2018. This was the first time we brought this event to Paris and needed some local expertise. Finding Rachel’s company to work with was the perfect way to realise our vision.
From first speaking with Rachel to site viewing trips, the options and range met the brief, and in only a short time we found the perfect venue. Events & Company met all our needs; amazing food for 300 people, spectacular venue, live music, DJ, awards, LED walls, photographers and camera men, and dancing until 3 am, it was no short order. Rachel and her team worked closely with us in all elements of the planning. By sourcing great suppliers from around Paris and all over France, we found the right combination to deliver exactly what we needed on the night.
In the closing days before the event, every i was dotted and t was crossed!! With everything ready to go and planned down to the final detail. The event could not have gone better, our 300 guests had a night to remember. The feedback we have been getting is incredible and only a week later we are already being asked about tickets for our European Awards 2019.
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Rachel and her amazing team for their above and beyond effort to realise one of our most important events of the year, it was a night to remember. We look forward to working with Rachel on lots of our events in the future.

It was my 60th birthday and my dream was to have it in Paris with my friends. With the enormous complexity of 44 guests and 9 different events, I expected hiccups. How could you escape them? I don’t even know where to begin. THANK YOU to Rachel and the entire Events & Co team for making our special 60th birthday celebration for Ron Elliott in Paris the memory of a lifetime. We asked for a daunting 9-event experience spread over 3 days with 42 of our friends and received an adventure that was one of those life defining moments for everyone involved. Rachel met the challenge with verve and gusto. She never left a single detail to chance, in fact, she was with us every moment to insure the time would be flawless. Our events were ALL amazing and extraordinary! The food, the caterers, the musicians, the photographer and the restaurants were all superb. I am sure that our request to have 10 vintage DS Citroen’s drive in a rally around Paris for an afternoon, with English speaking drivers and during a local road rally where many streets were closed, was no small feat. It came off flawlessly and Parisians waved to us as we travelled the cobblestone streets in classic style. So much to say and no way to really express how grateful we are to Rachel for the amazing feat she pulled off last weekend. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. You are the BEST!
